Efier operates from Bd. Decebal 6, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, and offers modern metal products made to order, including gates, railings, canopies, awnings, fences, pedestrian gates and related structures. These terms govern use of this website and the free visualization service. The legal seller and contracting party for a purchase is identified in the quotation, signed contract and invoice.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit a request.

Website and free visualization

You can browse product models and request a free visualization by selecting products, uploading photos of your site or reference images, and providing your name and phone number and, if you choose, your email address. A request is free, does not create a purchase contract and does not oblige you to order.

You must have the right to provide each uploaded image for the requested visualization. Do not upload images or information unlawfully or without the permission needed to share them. Photos are used for the visualization and related project communication; we do not publish them for marketing without separate permission.

A visualization is an illustrative mock-up, not a precise survey, engineering drawing or guarantee of exact colour, scale or fit. Lighting, perspective, display settings, site conditions and final measurements can affect the result. Dimensions and suitability must be checked before production.

Product information and price estimates

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions and images accurate. Handmade and made-to-order metal products may have minor variations in texture, finish and appearance. Website price calculators provide estimates only; the final specifications and price are confirmed after project details and measurements are reviewed and recorded in a quotation or contract.

Orders, contracts and deposits

Before production, we agree the product, materials, dimensions, final price, estimated production timeline, delivery and installation arrangements, deposit and remaining payment in a written contract or order agreement. Where necessary, measurements are taken before the final price is confirmed. Production begins after the contract is agreed and the required deposit is received.

Payments are made in cash or by bank transfer as agreed. We issue an invoice for each payment and a receipt when receiving a deposit. Cancellation, changes to specifications and any adjustment to the deposit are handled under the signed agreement and applicable law; no term here overrides mandatory consumer rights.

Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation availability, dates, fees, site preparation requirements and responsibilities are agreed for each project and recorded in the quotation or contract. Please provide accurate measurements and access details requested from you. Additional work or costs arising from materially different site conditions are discussed subject to the contract and applicable law.

Warranty and consumer rights

Our commercial warranty lasts 10 years from the handover date recorded in the delivery or installation record, or another start date expressly stated in your warranty certificate or order documents. It covers defects in the strength of the welded structure, paintwork and quality of the infill materials as set out in those documents. Electrical components, such as sliding-gate motors, are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty under its terms.

To make a warranty claim, contact info@efier.md or +373 68 707 127 and include your order or contract reference, a description of the issue and photographs if useful. We may need to inspect the product before agreeing a remedy. Damage caused by impact, misuse, missing required maintenance or unauthorised alteration may fall outside the commercial warranty, subject to the warranty documents and mandatory law.

The commercial warranty does not replace or limit mandatory statutory rights concerning product conformity, defects or consumer protection under the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Contact us if you believe a product does not conform to the agreed specifications.

Website content and acceptable use

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, product photography, illustrations, visualization examples and design materials are owned by Efier or used with permission. You may view them to evaluate our products, but may not copy, republish or use them commercially without permission.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, upload unlawful content or use the service to infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users or our legal rights.

Privacy and website availability

Personal data submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy policy. We take reasonable steps to maintain the website, but cannot promise that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms and Efier's services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint directly. You may also contact the competent consumer-protection or data-protection authority or seek a remedy before a competent court, as provided by law.
