Free visualization requests

The visualization service is free. Sending a photo or contact details does not place an order, require you to buy a product or create a payment that needs refunding.

Made-to-order products and withdrawal

Gates, railings, fences, canopies, awnings and other products made to agreed measurements, options or designs are produced for a particular project. Under the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova, the statutory right to withdraw from certain distance or off-premises contracts has an exception for goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or are clearly personalised. Whether an exception applies depends on the contract and law.

This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, does not conform to agreed specifications, or another mandatory consumer right applies. Requests are assessed under the law and the signed agreement.

Cancellation before production

The quotation and signed contract should state the specifications, final price, deposit, production schedule and cancellation terms. If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible in writing. Any deposit retention, deduction for materials or work already performed, or refund is handled under the contract and applicable law; a deposit is not automatically forfeited simply because it was paid.

Damaged, defective or non-conforming products

If a product arrives damaged or you identify a possible defect or difference from the agreed specifications, contact info@efier.md or +373 68 707 127 promptly. Include your order or contract reference, a description of the issue and photographs where useful. Report visible transport damage as soon as practical, but no recommended reporting period reduces mandatory legal rights or deadlines.

We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by the contract and consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Statutory rights relating to conformity and defects remain unaffected.

Standard products and withdrawal rights

For an eligible distance or off-premises sale of a standard product, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party you nominate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. For a single order delivered in multiple goods or lots, the 14-day period generally begins when you or your nominated third party receive the last good, lot or piece. For a service contract, it generally begins on the day after the contract is concluded. Other statutory rules may apply to periodic deliveries. You may also notify us of withdrawal before taking possession. This right does not apply where a statutory exception applies, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

How to notify us of withdrawal

To exercise an eligible withdrawal right, send us a clear statement before the deadline by email to info@efier.md or by post to Bd. Decebal 6, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. Include your name, order or contract number, product(s), order date and delivery date. You may use the model notice below, but a clear message in your own words is also acceptable. Please contact us before returning any goods so we can arrange safe return or collection.

Returning goods and refunds

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, send back or hand over the goods within 14 calendar days after notifying us. You may be responsible for direct return costs where the law permits and we informed you before purchase. We will refund eligible payments within 14 calendar days after we receive your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or you provide proof of dispatch.
