How we work

Choose a model and request a free visualization
Browse the models on our website and request a free visualization at no cost.

Review the visualization and arrange measurements
We send you the visualizations. Once you choose a model, let us know and we will arrange a visit to take measurements.

Confirm the final price and sign the contract
After taking measurements, we calculate the final price and agree on the completion timeline and other terms. All agreed details are recorded in the contract.

Pay the deposit and start production
After the contract is signed, you pay a deposit in cash against a receipt or by bank transfer. We then start manufacturing.

Installation and final payment
When production is complete, we arrive on the agreed date to install the product. You pay the remaining balance, and we finish the installation.
You can pay in cash or by bank transfer. We issue an invoice for every payment and provide a receipt when receiving a deposit.

10-year warranty
Our products come with a 10-year warranty covering the strength of the welded structure, paintwork, and infill materials.
Electrical components, such as sliding-gate motors, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty under its stated terms.
