Production times

Production begins after the specifications, final price, schedule and payment terms have been agreed in the contract and the required deposit has been received. The estimated completion date depends on the design, dimensions, materials and current production schedule and is confirmed with your order.

Delivery area and installation

Our business operates from Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. The quotation will state whether delivery and/or installation is available for your address and what those services include. Delivery outside an agreed service area is not included unless we expressly confirm it in writing.

Delivery and installation are distinct services. Their responsibilities, dates, preparation requirements and fees are agreed before you commit to the order. Installation may require suitable access and a prepared installation area.

Delivery costs and schedule

Any delivery, transport or installation charge and the estimated schedule will be communicated in the quotation or contract before the order is confirmed. A price-calculator estimate is not a final delivery or installation quote. Agree any essential date or special access arrangement with us in writing before signing.

Your responsibilities on delivery

Provide an accurate delivery address and contact telephone number, and make sure someone can receive the product at the agreed time. Check the product and visible packaging when delivered, and notify us promptly of visible damage or a discrepancy. Ensure the installation area is accessible and prepared as stated in the contract. These steps do not limit your rights under applicable law.

Delays and events outside our control

If production, delivery or installation is delayed, we will inform you when reasonably possible and discuss the revised schedule. Events outside reasonable control may affect the timeline, but this section does not exclude remedies or rights available under the contract or mandatory law.

Previsualization is not a delivery booking

The free visualization is an indicative design aid, not a measurement, engineering assessment, final technical drawing, order confirmation or installation booking. Final dimensions, site conditions, product specifications, delivery and installation must be confirmed before production.
