For a free visualization request, we process the name and phone number you submit, your email address if provided, product selections and colours, project details, site photos and reference images you upload. If you contact us, we process the contact details and message you send. For an order, we may also process measurements, specifications, address, quotation and contract details, invoices, payment records, warranty requests and related correspondence.

The website and its security tools may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, request logs, cookie preferences and anti-abuse verification results. If you accept analytics cookies and analytics is configured on the site, Microsoft Clarity may collect website interaction data.

How we use personal data

We use data to prepare the visualization you requested, contact you about the request, answer questions, arrange measurements, prepare quotations and contracts, manufacture, deliver and install products, issue invoices and receipts, provide warranty support, resolve complaints, secure the website and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Optional analytics is used only where enabled in accordance with your cookie choice and applicable law.

We do not use submitted photos or contact details for unrelated advertising or publish them as promotional material without separate permission.

How uploaded photos are handled

Photos of your property and reference images are used to create the visualization you request and discuss the related project. They are uploaded to our configured object-storage service and associated with the visualization request so the work can be processed.

Uploaded images are not placed in our public product catalogue, but their direct URLs are intentionally public and do not require sign-in. Anyone who obtains a direct URL can view or download that image while its file remains stored. Do not upload confidential documents or images of other people unless you have permission to share them for this purpose.

Legal grounds and data sharing

We process information as necessary to take steps you request before a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as answering enquiries, protecting the website and keeping appropriate records. Where consent is required, including for optional analytics cookies, you may withdraw it at any time.

We may share necessary information with providers of website and cloud hosting, databases and object storage, transactional email, security and anti-abuse tools, and optional analytics. For an order, we may share details with an installer, delivery provider or contractor where needed. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers and retention

Our website delivery and security provider is Cloudflare, transactional email is sent using Amazon SES, and requests are stored in a MongoDB database and an S3-compatible object-storage service configured for this deployment. These providers may process data in other countries, depending on their services and account configuration. Where an international transfer occurs, we apply safeguards required by Moldovan data-protection law. You can contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to a specific transfer.

We retain visualization requests and associated images for as long as needed to handle the request and its follow-up. If a request becomes an order, relevant project and warranty records may be retained for as long as necessary to administer the warranty and resolve related claims, and accounting records for the statutory period. We have not assigned a fixed automatic expiry date to every public image URL; a direct URL may continue to work for as long as its object remains stored. You may contact us to request deletion. We will assess the request and delete information when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required for legal, accounting or claim-related reasons.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies support core website functions. When Microsoft Clarity is configured, visitors are offered the same analytics choice regardless of location, and Clarity is loaded only if they accept. If it is configured, you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. If Clarity is not configured, it is not loaded. You can also manage cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect some functions.

Your data-protection rights

Under applicable law, including Moldova's Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, in force from 23 August 2026, you may have rights to access and correct your data, request erasure or restriction, receive portable data where applicable, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
